The rooms were a good size with useful amenities, the location was perfect in the city center, and the interior design was excellent.

Staff was nice. Price rather low for the city (with Booked.net reduction). Rather quiet. 10min walk to city center.

Elevator is so dirty that it does not give a good image. Also, as the rooms have small kitchens with no hood, it can sometimes smell food really bad.

The breakfast is exceptionally nice with the yummy pastries, has everything you need.

The bathrooms are poor.

We stayed in a new, practical room with air conditioning and a tea setup; the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive to our requests.

It was a great place to stay for some nights with enough equipement for cooking. There were some supermarkets nearby. Also, it was just about 15 minutes directly from the SNCF station by tramway.

We had a reservation for two people but there was just a pair of towels. At the beginning, the room was not so clearn.

The room was impeccably clean and practical with a clean bathroom. the location was magnificent, within short walking distance to Inseec Msc & Mba. - Supermarkets and a convenience shop were right next door.

It was located in a quiet location and was only a 10 minute walk to the city centre. The receptionist spoke perfect english and were very helpful. They let us keep our car in the carpark for fee all day while we went sightseeing before leaving.

The area that it is located is not very scenic.

All staff and personnel are friendly, efficient, professional, my room/kitchenette was clean, and comfortable. I would stay there again on a return trip to Lyon.

Very bad staff, reception do not work after 21:00, you are unable to call them or to chekin after 21;00. Very small, in room it smells like someone died yestarday, a lot of noise, no parking, They do not accept Americanexress and some type of visa. They do not print receipes, no chek out info available. Pictures on Booked.net are not the same as the real hotel. never use this hotel, you might be also charged additionakl taxes and the manager of this hotel will chrge you additional money for everything. For example I booked a parking place and a double studio room,i ve got small dirty room for 1person with small bed,without any conditioning system,no tv,no bath supplies, no parking

It was a great location close to a tram stop so it was very easy to get around Lyon.

The reception desk was closed when we arrived in the afternoon and we had to wait for it to reopen. We don't remember being notified of this on the web site.

The location is marvelous, so close to the airport, river, and nice cafes. the rooms are bright, perfect, and come with amenities like tea and air conditioning. - the food is outstanding with a great selection of meals available.

Full facilities for cooking and the room is big enough
